Very spacious (we had 2 bedrooms!), very central location, pretty good modern design, good breakfast
Very noisy from cafes/bars across street between 2-4 AM and then construction at 7 AM with no soundproofing on windows. Only Spanish TV channels (at this price, there should be some English).
Very large and modern suite, well equiped with fridge, microwave and little stove. Dishes for four. Young and design, very urban.
There is no possibilty to park your car in order to drop your luggages!!! You have to go to the nearest parking( good luck to find it!) and carry your luggages up to the hotel...
professionalism of receptionists, not far away from Alhambra, suits are very comfortable for families with kids.
if you need to have a rest - you should ask about room with windows inside of the patio, otherwise it is incredible noisy - near hotel is the bar - people go out to the street and yelling during all night.in this conditiones it is impossible to sleep. breakfast should include at least 1 first course-it is very poor choice.
We booked a suite, received room with kitchenette, dark like prison cell. Awful price/quality relation. Many rooms unbelievable noisy. Busy street in front, other rooms facing lounge area. Perfect place to spoil your stay in Granada.
too much noise in the suites facing the street, there's no sound isolation!
Immaculate, modern, trendy, incredibly helpful staff, luxorious rooms that were enormous, full kitchen and living room, great breakfast and bar
friendly atmosphere, convenient location
limited ammount of hot water
Excellent location close to the centre and the Alhambra. Room was nice and comfortable. Good and professional service at reception desk and breakfast room.
Breakfast room is quite small and misses daylight through window
The staff of the hotel was very pleasant and helpful
The smell of the external area, near the restaurant of the hotel, was awful.
friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms and modern decor. A clotheswasher would have been even better ! 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms would be ideal for 2 couples staying together. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Libby
Staff very friendly indeed, fantastic location in the old part of city, step outside of front door, with its narrow streets very close to cathedral & cafe bars.1.20 e bus ride up hill to Alhambra,5 mins,a must visit, book online as on the day all will be full for at least 5days ahead.Road works in city,so dont go with google earth directions, take a good streetmap, unload suitcase at hotel, park in public parking 15e aday.It took us 3 days to see all sights, fantastic.
Breakfast was ok,but the same each day, eggs would have been nice addition, along with some daylight in door,& a window above,as no nat daylight in room, but dont let this put you off,its only a suggested improvement! to hotel.
Staff were excellent. Very efficient and well informed. Fantastic location. Benefits of self catering as well as breakfast.
All room are spacious rooms and suit rooms. It's absolutely amazing room.
Sometimes warm water doesn't work.. I couldn't take a shower and bathroom every time.
The hotel is located in the city centre of Granada near the most important sightseeing and the shopping streets. There is a bus stop near the hotel if you want to go to the Alhambra (N. 30 and N. 32). The apartment is very large and comfortable with full equipped cooking devices, tv dvd and wifi connection... To sum up this is the best you can find for a family who wants to spend a lovely stay in Granada.
The rooms are very big. The staff are pleasent and the location is also very good.
Some rooms are faced to a noisy street.
